Hi Nicole92,

If you go to your Printers window, do you have the AirPrint printer driver or the PIXMA MG3100 series driver selected?

If this is a time-sensitive matter, additional support options are available at Contact Us.

So my Canon MG3100 is not printing black, the color is fine. I'm trying to check the ink levels but under "Supply Levels" is just says Information Not Available. Is there any other way to check the ink level? Or how to fix this problem. I'm using a Macbook with OS X 10.8.3
