      <description>&lt;P&gt;(Pixma MP495 ,Windows 10, installing canon recommended software and drivers)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello I am trying to install the canon recommended software but when going through the install process it keeps stalling at this point below&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="radiatedginger_0-1644957573416.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/32515iD605A70CC6F50AAA/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="radiatedginger_0-1644957573416.png" alt="radiatedginger_0-1644957573416.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows detects the printer but the software it tries to install from the windows store does not work or is not supported.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me get my printer set up!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Issue resolved!&amp;nbsp; In Windows 10, I went to “Settings,” “Devices,” and “Printers &amp;amp; Scanners.” I clicked “Add a printer or scanner.”&amp;nbsp; Although it took a bit of time, Windows was able to detect my MX-922 printer and retrieved the drivers.&amp;nbsp; In the Printers &amp;amp; Scanners page, it lists the “Canon MX920 series Printer.”&amp;nbsp; I’ve successfully tried printing and scanning, and it appears to be working properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This might work for you as well.&amp;nbsp; Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
