topic Cannon MG5320 printer - U052 error in Desktop Inkjet Printers

On 4-27 I posted the U052 issue I had with my printer. I ended up calling Cannon customer service to ask if they would replace the printer head at no cost. I purchased my printer March 17, 2013 that put it a little over a month out of warranty. I was told I was in a "grace" period and they would send me a replacement at no cost. Received it today, 5-1-14, and my printer now works fine. Having said this, with all the posts about defective print heads, a person would think Cannon would do what is right and step to the window and replace all the printer heads, at no cost, that all of you have an issue with. Something like GM, Ford, Chrysler or Toyota doing what's right by recognizing an issue, or potential issue and replacing defective parts at no cost to the owner. Cannon needs to save their reputation.

dionman
