topic Print Tubes Empty but Tanks Full in G7020 in Desktop Inkjet Printers

My G7020 won't print color. I've run the utilities -- clean the print heads, deep clean (keep getting error code 5200), ink flush -- but nothing works. I opened up the lid and the tubes that run from the ink tanks are mostly empty. The cyan is is full for 3 or 4 inches from the tank, but empty after that. The yellow is almost completely empty, and the blue is totally empty. But the tanks are full. How do I get them to fill up and the printer to print in color again???

I fixed it. I did the “ink flush” — not from the app, but from the control panel. And I selected the “color” flush. Worked on the first try.

I had the same, ink lines empty except the black one. Did ink flush and no results. Tried it again and the 2nd time it worked and is printing all colors.
