      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't know how this happened, printer was working (and scanning) well before I moved.&amp;nbsp; Now won't scan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appear to be 2 hinges, one of them is completely detached, the other has a flat cable beside it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot completely insert the 1" x 1" plastic pin that supports the detached hinge so the scanner lid won't lie flat.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looks like these plastic pins that support the hinges are meant to be raised up &amp;amp; down to accomodate scanning thick thinges like books.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cannot find anything about this online.&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
