Canon TS5020 printer error message 6000

The only place paper is jammed is it has gone halfway down the feed and stops - pull paper out, restart it, does the same thing again

The 6000 error can be caused by a paper jam. Please use the steps in the following article to check for and remove jammed paper from your PIXMA TS5020:

If the error persists, your PIXMA TS5020 would require service. If your PIXMA TS5020 was purchased less than a year ago, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat to obtain your in warranty options.
