    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was trying to get it connected by USB cable without success.&amp;nbsp; I connected the printer to my home wifi and updated the firmware.&amp;nbsp; Then I connected wirelessly to the printer.&amp;nbsp; That worked.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I would rather be connected via USB but do not want problems now that is is connected wirelessly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a new Windows 11 computer.&amp;nbsp; When I connected my printer it would not recognize the printer.&amp;nbsp; Then somehow I got it to work but now it is back to not recognizing the printer.&amp;nbsp; Why does it not recognize my printer??!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
