    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a canon ix 6820. The larger black link stopped working. I removed the print head and flushed it out. This has worked for me in the past. I then ordered a new print head. I swapped ink cartridges and still nothing. I ran multiple cleaning options during all of these changes, but nothing worked. You can try removing the ink tanks and check on the inside right where the print head normally sits and check for any obstructions. If it is clear, the printer would need repair.
