    <description>&lt;P&gt;Starting a couple of weeks ago, every time I try to scan from my laptop I get the message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Jim77_0-1641490840847.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/31853i1379B9CF1F131DE2/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Jim77_0-1641490840847.png" alt="Jim77_0-1641490840847.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use a wireless connection and never a USB cable and the scanner is not off as far as I can tell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried everything I can think of including shutting everything down completely then restarting.&amp;nbsp; Deleting printer and reinstalling printer, downloading driver.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please, what can I do?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
