iP8720 will not print PDF files

My iP8720 will not print PDF files. It doesn't matter whether the file was created in Acrobat 8 Pro, Word, WordPerfect. It doesn't matter if the PDF contains images or just text. It does print files from Word and WordPerfect, as well as Photoshop, etc. PDFs seem to be the only problem. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate. Any help woud be appreciated.

Hi clarowl,

Do you receive an error when trying to print the PDF files, or does the printer give no error and just not even attempt to print?

Make sure the correct driver for this printer is installed. Sometime, during installation, either from disk or online, the wrong printer driver was loaded, and that was why it would not print PDFs.

There was no error. The printer light would flash once, then it did nothing more. Make sure the correct printer driver is installed.
