    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! I wondered if you could advise me on something. Today, the printer started to jam and no matter what I did the paper would jam up the printer. I have tried going along with the prompts but now this error won’t go away, and it makes this God awful sound when I try to print.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The rollers won’t even catch onto the paper. I haven’t used the printer in four days. The little piece in the second picture broke off the first day I tried to peel the orange tape off. Might this have to do with the printer jamming up days later?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am normally able to secure it back into place but a little piece is missing from it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;BR /&gt;Limon&lt;/P&gt;</description>
