TR8520 won't print envelope from rear tray

I can print photos from my iPhone from the rear tray. I put in a #10 envelope, select the paper size and type and register. Using Word - Mailings - Envelopes I fill in the required info and select print. The information prints on the 8.5X11 paper in the cassette. Am I supposed to put the envelope in the cassette instead?

The PIXMA TR8520 uses the iPhone's built-in printing system, AirPrint. AirPrint connects your iPhone with your PIXMA TR8520. The print settings are controlled by the app that you are using. Every app has their own print settings. In this case, is it recommended that you view "Help" in the Word app for directions on changing the paper source or contact Microsoft for further assistance with this issue.
