      <description>&lt;P&gt;The rear tray refuses to acknowledge the #10 envelope and tells me the paper size is not as listed but doesn't allow me to change the paper size to the envelope size.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the information.&amp;nbsp; Though it was a good start it did not result in the problem being resolved.&amp;nbsp; It seems that I had to go to a 'copy' of the installed printer to have it work correctly.&amp;nbsp; As that happened, I would think it has to be a conflict between Canon and MicroSoft.&amp;nbsp; Oh, the reason it took so long to reply is shortly after I posted and your answer I had my ssd ("c" drive for me) go out, resulting in a brand new installation of Win10.&amp;nbsp; That is why I believe there to be a conflict in the two companies code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
