My computer can't find the scanner. I need help.

Hi JamieP,

Please download and install the scanner driver. Once installed, please download and install the IJ Scan Utility2. You can use the IJ Scan Utility2 to perform scans using your PIXMA MG2500 series.

Please use the link below to access the scanner driver. Please download and install "ICA Driver Ver.4.1.3a (Mac)".

Once that is installed, please return to the web page and click on the Software tab. In that tab, download and install "IJ Scan Utility2 Ver.2.3.8 (Mac)".

When they are both installed, you can use the IJ Scan Utillity2 to perform scanning.
