    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am hoping someone here can give me some ideas to try. I cannot print PDFs, anything in chrome (or any internet browser), but have no issues printing test pages. I have tried updating my drivers, changing settings in adobe, and absolutely nothing is working. Everything aside from test pages prints blank. I have a Pixma MG6821. My computer is on Windows 11. Thanks for your help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply! I was having this issues on windows 10, I then upgraded to Windows 11 and I'm still having the issue.
