    <description>&lt;P&gt;First I did multiple cleanings, followed by multiple deep cleanings. Then I replaced all the cartridges with brand new ones. On the print test, all colors print fine, but not black text. Then I noticed that there are two lights on each cartridge (one at the bottom and one on top). All but the small black one have both red lights lit. The small black's bottom light is on but not the top. So I wasted a brand new cartridge and put in ANOTHER brand new small black. No luck, and no black--it just shoots out a blank page, even after MORE cleanings and MORE deep cleanings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
