    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi mschindl,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To try and resolve the issue, please ensure that the receive mode on the unit is set to TEL PRIORITY and leave the &lt;SPAN&gt;Manual/Auto Switch set to OFF, but turn the &lt;/SPAN&gt;User Friendly RX setting ON.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an MX472.&amp;nbsp; After 4-5 minutes on a call the fax starts.&amp;nbsp; I have manual/auto switch off.&amp;nbsp; User friendly RX is also off.&amp;nbsp; How do i stop the fax from picking up automatically after a few minutes?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I do not have an option for remote code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
