    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just purchased new HP Pavilion computer.&amp;nbsp; Used Microsoft Updates to install printer&amp;nbsp;- no problem (I thought!).&amp;nbsp; Every thing looks fine until you actually get to 'print', when error message comes up 'Printer is in error state'.&amp;nbsp; Have closed it all down, reset the wireless function on the printer, wireless button is lit, printer is 'ticked' on devices screen, and printer works ok when scanning.&amp;nbsp; Where do I go frm here, please?&amp;nbsp; After a couple of days trying, frustration is creeping in!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
