      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just ran the set-up CD for my MG6620.&amp;nbsp; Got to the end and clicked COMPLETE.&amp;nbsp; Ejected cd on my laptop and received the Canon error that "There is no CD-ROM in CD drive.&amp;nbsp; Please re-insert CD."&amp;nbsp; I restarted computer and same error poped up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas on how to remedy.&amp;nbsp; Running Win 8.1.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi azbacks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I understand that after installation of the printer installation disc, you are prompt with an error message "&lt;SPAN&gt;There is no CD-ROM in CD drive.&amp;nbsp; Please re-insert CD."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The following might be a windows installation error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly advise the following below,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Are you able to perform a photocopy on the printer itself?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Connection method between printer and computer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the CD installation failed again, you may download the softcopy from Canon website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's the link for your referencen,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/nw3s/CanonUSA/DownloadContents/English/0100598801EN.htm"&gt;http://www.usa.canon.com/nw3s/CanonUSA/DownloadContents/English/0100598801EN.htm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope to hear from you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;KahVeen&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I finally remembered to check the Task Manager.&amp;nbsp; The program loader for canon had hung up (or something), and I ended that task and fixed the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything installed fine on my wife's laptop running win 7.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for responding&lt;/P&gt;</description>
