    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi i was wondering for some help this is really my first time getting a printer and i can't get this thing to work for anything, i have installed all the drivers and have got to the point where i have to * align the printer head* i have both black 245, and color 246, i have carefully removed the tape and made sure not to touch the inside part, yet however no matter how many times i remove and install it still tells me every time the ink cartridge is not installed correctly, please any advice would be appreciated watch the tut videos been online { obvioulsy} you tube , on here. i don't know what to do anymore the tape it seems is removed so i can't see any obstruction going on. thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
