    <description>&lt;P&gt;The printer works fine w/o any noticable err. w/Canon MG2120 series Printer" setting from any server but gives the noted err: with the "XPS" setting from other in network.&amp;nbsp; Everything was fine until the past week or so?&amp;nbsp; At first for months no err. but then&amp;nbsp;it seemed balky w/no err: msg but now this.&amp;nbsp; MS doesn't seem to have a reliable solution.&amp;nbsp; Reinstalling the drivers was no help.&amp;nbsp; The settings are the same I've always used.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A solution to non-related specific&amp;nbsp;issues is NOT appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The error may be related to how the drivers were installed.&amp;nbsp; Please uninstall both the MP Driver and XPS drivers.&amp;nbsp; Then download and reinstall only the MP Drivers from our website to see if this resolves your issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
