If I print something from the internet, it prints perfectly, but when I attempt to print either a photo from my computer or an image that has been pasted into a Word document, it does not print black enough. Instead, the black has a washed out hue to it and it looks bad. I'm attempting to print some of my artwork, which is black and white, and I can't have it looking this shabby. I've even tried clicking the Grayscale Printing button, but it doesn't help, either. Any ideas on why this is like this?
