Canon is the default printer. Other files will print, but so did the psd files prior to upgrading my software to OS El Capitan. I can't really get through to Photoshop since its a college subscription, but was hoping someone would know the solution so I don't have to convert all my psd files to jpgs before they will print.

This just happened after updating my mac to OS El Capitan. It will print jpgs and other documents. I didn't have this problem with Yosemite. How do I resync Photoshop with the printer? I have CC 2014

Hello.

If you are able to print other formats or from other programs, the issue may be related to a setting in Photoshop.

Before printing from Photoshop, make sure that the MP990 is the selected printer. It may be possible that the program is set to use a different printer.

If you continue to have difficulties, find more help at Contact Us.
