      <title>Cannon Pixma MG3220 printer/copier/scanner issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Cannon Pixma MG 3220 scanner stopped working. I am not able to use the scanner directly on the printer or through my MackBook Pro. I have erased the installed printer and re-installed it, but with no success in resulution of the scanner issue. Whenever I try to use scanner, a message pops up notifing me that the USB cable is not connected and/or the printer is turned off. That is not the case, I have checked both connections and it was working when I printed something. In additon, now, when I open sistem preferences, I see two Cannon items, one for printer, one for scanner. Even though I have chosen both to install, only printer works. I am also able to make copies.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
