    <description>&lt;P&gt;The error I got will not allow me to print.&amp;nbsp; I have followed the manual to reset this error but I've had no luck.&amp;nbsp; I finally bought new Canon ink cartridges from Staples and replaced those needing replacing but still I can't print.&amp;nbsp; HELP!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;the first error was a bad cartridge error.&amp;nbsp; When I put a proper factory in the didn't go away, but, now I have an printer error that I am unable to reset.&amp;nbsp; I cannot print even though my computer sees the printer, but I can scan and copy.&amp;nbsp; The error shows up when I go to the printer diagnostics.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
