    <description>&lt;P&gt;Pixma MG3560. It is connected directlty to PC with a USB cable.&amp;nbsp; The scanner cannot work. If I try to initiate a scan using software, I get an error mesage from Scangear "Cannot communicate with scanner for these reasons:..." and en error code 5,157,69.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer function works fine. I do not believe that the problem is the USB cable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a Scangear software problem? How do&amp;nbsp;I fix?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
