My DVD prints are not centered - how do I use the print position option?

I'm not sure how to use the 'Adjust Print Position' option when setting it up for DVD printing. As there is a large white margin at the BOTTOM & at the LEFT HAND SIDE.how can I adjust the settings to centralize it properly?

The last settings I used are -0.2 VERTICAL and -0.1 HORIZONTAL but there is still a small white margin at the bottom and on the left hand side.

Help on this will be most appreciated.
