    <description>&lt;P&gt;This message appears when I turn on my printer:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Printer error has occurred.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unplug the power cord and&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;contact the service center."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried calling the service center and was on the phone for an hour.&amp;nbsp; I don't think the person I was speaking with knew what to do.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
