    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having trouble setting up department printing on a canon irc adv 3325i. I have used the setup.exe file and have gone through the following steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Selected the setup.exe file&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.Agreed &amp;nbsp;with the license agreement (yes)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.Selected the standard setup&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.Selected the printer&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.&lt;STRONG&gt;Checked the set printer information check box&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6.Created a new port&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7.Selected start installing driver&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;8.Restarted system&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;9.Logged onto&amp;nbsp;printer and checked "&lt;STRONG&gt;enable&amp;nbsp;department I.D management"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And the printer GUI is still not switching to the interface that prompts you to use your department I.D and Password. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
