    <description>&lt;P&gt;My canon pixma &amp;nbsp;MG5400 is only 1 1/2 years old, but has been locked down by a support error 6000. I have followed through with available instructions to get rid of it but nothing works. Any body have ideas as to what it is , and how else I might get rid of it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
