MX432 printing "shadow/double" letters, words, sentences, etc... making the text unreadable.

My MX 432 started printing "shadow/double" letters, words, sentences, etc from all programs making the text unreadable. Is this fixable or do I have to replace it?

help my mx432 started dowing double image/shadow. I changed ink and re loaded the program and still doing it.

I have the same problem with the MX925 printer. I have the impression that the problem appeared after updating the printer firmware. It was not present in the previous version. I currently have firmware version 3.041 - you can find it at the bottom of the print test. If anyone has this printer model with older firmware please write the version. Unfortunately, I do not see the option to revert to an earlier version.
