    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi vburget,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To try and resolve the red tinting issue, please print a nozzle check pattern from the printer by following the steps located &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://kbsupport.cusa.canon.com/system/selfservice.controller?CONFIGURATION=1011&amp;amp;PARTITION_ID=1&amp;amp;secureFlag=false&amp;amp;TIMEZONE_OFFSET=&amp;amp;CMD=VIEW_ARTICLE&amp;amp;ARTICLE_ID=5744"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. &amp;nbsp;If the nozzle check pattern did not print correctly, please perform at least one cleaning and two deep cleanings on the printer. &amp;nbsp;If you still experience the same issue, please&amp;nbsp;perform&amp;nbsp;a print head alignment on the printer by following the steps located &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://kbsupport.cusa.canon.com/system/selfservice.controller?CONFIGURATION=1011&amp;amp;PARTITION_ID=1&amp;amp;secureFlag=false&amp;amp;TIMEZONE_OFFSET=&amp;amp;CMD=VIEW_ARTICLE&amp;amp;ARTICLE_ID=4568"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After the above steps have been performed, if you still experience difficulty, the printer will require servicing. &amp;nbsp;Please call or email us at one of the methods on the &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt; page to obtain your servicing options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Further info which may be of assistance:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OS is Windows 7 Home Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printer is connected to the PC via a USB port&lt;/P&gt;</description>
