    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a new IMAC recently and the Canon Pixma MG5320 will not scan directly to the computer.&amp;nbsp; In the past I never had any issues, until I started using Sierra.&amp;nbsp; I can scan from the printer directly to a USB stick but this is not ideal.&amp;nbsp; The printer itself is working fine.&amp;nbsp; Please advise how I can fix this.&amp;nbsp; I have downloaded updated drivers and this has not helped.&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi jj5155,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you attempting to scan by using the Operation Panel of your PIXMA MG5320 or are you opening the&amp;nbsp;MP Navigator EX on your computer and using that program to scan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scanning using the Operation Panel is not supported with OS X v10.11 and later, scanning must be started from the computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please open the&amp;nbsp;MP Navigator EX on your computer to scan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For more information regarding the MP Navigator EX, please use the following link:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART114141" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART114141&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
