      <description>&lt;P&gt;I saw others had this issue and it was suggested to reset the printer and the computer, i have done that with no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What are other trouble shooting techniques to get this printer back online?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer acts like it is doing some kind of operation that wont let a print job through&lt;/P&gt;</description>
