    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see others have reported similar issues but none of the responses they received have helped resolved my issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We purchased a new Canon Pixma MG3022 and it came with new ink cartridges. I opened both cartridges and put them into the printer as instructed, and the printer keeps flashing yellow lights and giving errors that the black ink is nearly empty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These are the same ink jets that came with the printer and both were in secure packages that had not been opened. It gave this message from the first time I tried to print.&amp;nbsp; I hoped that the system would finally recognise that the ink not empty, but instead it continues to give this message and I have no idea how to resolve it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea how I can fix this? I am tempted to take it back to the store for a refund and purchase a different item. Thanks for any help you can offer&lt;/P&gt;</description>
