Based on the serial number, your printer is the PIXMA MG3620. This model number should be plainly visible on the printer's outer casing.

Thank you. It is not clearly visible anywhere. I finally found it on the door to the ink cartridges.....which falls open, hiding it, whenever the outer case is opened.
