    <description>&lt;P&gt;I replaced both black ink cartridges at the same time.&amp;nbsp; Was unaware this is a no-no until message came up after the fact.&amp;nbsp; Now the printer won't print--and I don't know how to resolve situation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
