    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try reinstalling the program to see if the program will load faster.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are simply trying to scan, scans can be performed with our IJ Scan&amp;nbsp;Utility program.&amp;nbsp; This program can be found in the Canon Utilities folder in Applications.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have difficulties, please contact our support group using the "Contact Us" link below for additional assistance.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?       <title>My Image Garden Version 3.6.1</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Takes about 2 minutes for 'My Image Garden' to load on my iMac MacOS Sierra version 10.13.1. &amp;nbsp;I'm using a PIXMA MG7120 printer/copier/scanner AND a LiDe 220 scanner (both are Canon). &amp;nbsp;Tried everything I can think of to figure out what's going on, but.... &amp;nbsp;Any ideas? &amp;nbsp;Problem existed before I purchased the LiDe 220 scanner.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
