    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi bcalski,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since the scanner driver did install, I would like to see if you can scan from paint. This will allow us to test the scanner driver since the printer is not listed in IJ Scan Utility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To scan from paint, please open paint on the computer and select "File" in the upper left hand corner. In the drop down menu select "From scanner or camera" and try to scan from there. Does the image scan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We look forward to your reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannon MX432 Scanner not detected by Windows 10</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using Canon MX432 Printer/Scanner which was working fine till I updated os to Windows 10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After installing driver for Canon MX432, my printer started working fine. But Windows is still not recognizing scanner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried using IJ Network Scanner Selector but no use.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Somebody suggested MP Navigator, but I do not find version for Canon MX432.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error that scanner gives is "PC not connected".&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi bcalski,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the printer is not listed in IJ Scan Utility, the scanner driver may not have installed correctly. Please remove the printer from your Windows 10 computer and then reinstall the driver.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After you select the wireless connection option in the installer, a box will appear that shows the drivers installing. It may go by really quick but please let us know if you see the scanner driver install during the setup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We look forward to your reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi bcalski,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since the printer is grayed out in the Paint program, there may be a security or&amp;nbsp;firewall setting on the computer that is not allow the scanner to be selected. At this point I would recommend contacting Microsoft to have them check the firewall or any&amp;nbsp;security programs running on your computer to see if they are blocking the scanner driver.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did this answer your question?
