    <description>&lt;P&gt;Having made no change that I am aware of to my MX 490,&amp;nbsp;when I select the option for duplex printing in the dialog box, I have started getting the following popup message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Cannot communicate with the printer.&lt;BR /&gt;Turn Enable bi-directional support on in the printer's Properties dialog box."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And then the job prints only on one side.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have looked all around, and I can't find any box to check for this.&amp;nbsp; I'd sure appreciate some direction on how to do what it tells me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
