      <description>&lt;P&gt;support code&amp;nbsp; cooo&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printer error has occured, follow steps below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Cancel printing then turn off device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Turn on again if problem persist&amp;nbsp; see manuel and contact the service center.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did all the above and still get the same error .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
