    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ha! Just figured it out! I guess the 6X4 (width feed) rotation doesn't work like it did on my Pixma10. I needed to rotate the image and envelope 1/4 turn for it to work....learn somethin' new every day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, the fire's out!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>ip8720 problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New purchase- 8720. When trying to print a 6x4 envelope (custom size), the envelope passes through w/o printing the address and ejects the envelope. I tried feeding a 8.5x11 sheet to see what would happen and it it prints a partial adress at the bottom of the sheet. I believe I have set the parameters up in the user defined area correctly and then saved the settings as a custom preset. I have also uninstalled and reloaded the appropriate driver twice.
