Pixma MX 700, changed yellow ink, closed lid to ink area, ink went home and power/printer went off. Have power to printer verified at the printer. Deader than a hammer.

Is there any fuse? Can I check power output of transformer. I can/have removed the transformer but not checked output.

Roger

Hi RogerAR,

It is recommended that you contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives.

Patrick,

Your suggestion to contact Canon Technical Support does nothing for me as the MX700 is not supported. Surprised you did know this.

Really disappointed in the reply at this late date from original posting.

RogerAR
