      <description>Please help. I’ve beem trying to install my new Canon and keep getting stuck on the screen “acquiring information on the latest driver and software. Please wait.” It just spins and doesn’t progress. I’ve tried both the cd and online same issue. I’ve deleted my prior canon driver and still same thing. I have Windows 10.</description>
