    <description>&lt;P&gt;Printer locked/frozen.&amp;nbsp; when I plug printer into any outlet and press power button, the green light appears but nothing on display and the printer does not respond to any buttons or computer commands.&amp;nbsp; this includes power button to turn off.&amp;nbsp; through computer it says printer off or not connected. I have it directly connected via cable.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;any suggestions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To try and resolve this issue, please unplug the power from the unit for about 25-30 minutes.&amp;nbsp; Once this time frame has passed, plug the unit in directly to a wall outlet to see if the printer will power on properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, troubleshooting with our support group will be needed to narrow down the cause of your issue.
