PGB Image when printing test print

When printing the test print after cleaning heads, all colors print but the PGB checkered pattern does not show. I have changed cartridge but no difference.

Gee, I thought this would be a simple question but I guess it was too difficult to answer. I'll take it to Canon Support. Thanks anyway. You can remove it if you wish.
