    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Mike4,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most errors also have an alphanumeric support code.&amp;nbsp; If you tap the printer screen, it should wake up and display the support code in red across the top and may also include basic instructions for clearing the error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the screen does not wake up, turn the printer off and unplug it for 1-2 minutes.&amp;nbsp; When you plug it back in and turn it on, the error should be displayed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are still unable to clear the error, please reply with the support code for additional assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BillS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?       <title>MG7520 Error Light</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hopefully someone can help!! I have a MG7520 and when I went to print I noticed that the error light was on solid along with the power indicator. I have been trying everything I can find online to fix the issue however no luck. How can I get this thing to work????&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
