    <description>&lt;P&gt;My MP800 is connected to an i7 desktop PC running Windows 10 version 1607.&amp;nbsp; The scanner is controlled by MP Navigator 2.0.&amp;nbsp; Recently (possibly since the update to v1607, but I'm not certain) the scanner frequently hangs at the end of the Nth successive scan.&amp;nbsp; 'N' started out at 6 or more (while scanning multiple slides) but has now come down to 2 and once, today, just 1.&amp;nbsp; The only cure is to use Task Manager to shut MP Navigator down (when hung the normal shut down is unavailable) and then try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has become absurd.&amp;nbsp; Today, I had to try five times before I succeeded in scanning a two-page document.&lt;EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;Has anyone else had this problem, or one like it?&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
