    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon MP830 that has been great til recently.&amp;nbsp; I cannot print from a computer or make a copy.&amp;nbsp; It sounds like it is going through the motions and prints out a blank page.&amp;nbsp; I did go&amp;nbsp; through the print head cleaning and it printed out the test page.&amp;nbsp; I have not messages and wonder what is the next step&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check to make sure that the bright orange tape has been removed from the top of each ink tank.&amp;nbsp; If the issue persists after cleanings have been performed, troubleshooting with our support group will be needed to narrow down the cause of your issue.
