    <description>&lt;P&gt;My 5720 doesn't print. Just sits there. There is no "print" icon, just copy, scan, cloud, LAN settings, Advanced print. &amp;nbsp;I have it on DC direct connection. &amp;nbsp;It is the default printer for my computer, running windows 10.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no "print" menu available on the printer itself.&amp;nbsp; When a print command is sent from a computer, it should start printing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the unit does not respond when you attempt to print from a computer, there may be issues with communication.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Troubleshooting with our support group will be needed to narrow down the cause of your issue.
